Since 1973, top fashion brands have relied on us to turn their ideas into reality. We cut, sew, press and ship over 3 million finished garments per year from our factories in Romania and Serbia. Our areas of expertise include high-quality ladies' and men's blazers, jackets, coats and trousers, as well as ladies' skirts and blouses. While everyone can see the beauty of a finished garment, we find beauty in the process.
Our company is privately owned. Our facilities are either wholly-owned or majority investments. This level of control ensures quality by allowing us to customize labor, machinery, timing and every other factor of production based on each client's need.
MegaMode, our 11,000m², 800-worker manufacturing and warehousing complex in Baia Mare, Romania is the centerpiece of our 25-factory production system. We employ local technicians at every site, enabling us to decentralize and control all aspects of production. The results are shortened lead-times, minimized costs and increased accuracy.
There is no substitute for experience.
Each one of our systems, techniques and workflows has been born out of 35 years of constant fine-tuning and adjustment. We employ 20 CAD-CAM workstations for the development of prototypes, sales samples and first patterns. Our customized IT platform delivers a real-time view of the workflow. Washing, embroidery and other specialized machines are also an important part of our technology.
Our facilities are BSCI-compliant and fully equipped for specific high-quality articles. We have been certified to produce Gore-Tex® and SympaTex® garments since 1999.
Much of our work is invisible.
Our clients enjoy the results without dreading the process. When the order is placed, specifications are followed, technical files studied and details kept confidential. Cost estimates and deadlines are respected and any problems are solved in close collaboration with our clients. Every season, our clients trust us to manage every detail, including import and export formalities.
